Ordering Orders from the Creativity Explored Store can be placed online or by phone. If you would like to place your order by phone, please contact us Monday through Friday between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm, or Saturday between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time. You can also email us at store@creativityexplored.org to arrange a time for a representative to call and take your order. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been sent. If applicable, this email will contain tracking information for your shipment. Payment The Creativity Explored Store gladly accepts MasterCard, VISA. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). If you are paying by credit card, your order will generally be shipped within 2-3 business days. Your credit card will be billed when your order has been processed. Shipping All Creativity Explored Store prices include free domestic shipping. Most domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priotity Mail or First-Class Mail unless otherwise indicated. The items in your order will be shipped together unless the size of your order requires separate shipments. International orders will be charged an extra $10 per order plus $5 per item for shipping. International orders will be sent via USPS or UPS. On occasion Insured Parcel Post, or Express Mail International Service may be used. Please note some countries we can not deliver to. If you live outside the United States, you may have to pay import duties or other taxes when the shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for these charges. The shipping carrier will let you know the exact amount of these charges when your shipment arrives. Policies vary from one country to another; please contact your country's customs office for more information. Return Policy The Creativity Explored Store offers a 100% money back guarantee on all orders. Should you decide that you do not want to keep an item you ordered, simply contact us for a return authorization number and return the item within 15 days of receipt. We will refund your purchase price minus a 15% handling fee once we receive the item in the mail. If your package is obviously damaged when it arrives, refuse delivery. If you discover damage after you open the package, save the packing material and immediately contact the Creativity Explored Store. Privacy Policy The Creativity Explored Store respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third parties. We do not collect any personal information about you except as specifically and knowingly provided by you during the ordering process. When you place an order, we collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and any other information you choose to provide for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
